What's in the box?
Before starting to use your terminal, it is recommended that you take a few moments to check the contents of the box. Your POS package should include the following:
- Castles payment device
- Rechargeable battery
- Power supply
- Thermal paper roll x2 (Till roll) – Click here to order receipt rolls
- Terminal user guide
If you intend to use a mobile data connection, please install the SIM card before proceeding.

Connect the enclosed USB-C charging cable to the left side of the device. A red light will illuminate when the device is connected to power. Let the device charge for at least 4 hours before you continue.

Press and hold the power button on the left side of the device until the display turns on.

Once the device has turned on, you will be presented with this page.

You will need to ensure the device is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or a 4G data connection.
If a SIM card is already inserted, the device should connect to the mobile network automatically. You can check the connection by swiping up from the bottom of the screen to display the status bar at the top. A successful data connection is indicated by a icon.
If your device is unable to connect to 4G, please ensure your device is in an area with sufficient coverage. If you are continuing to have problems, please contact our Support Team for assistance.

Once the device is connected to the internet, it is ready for use.
